We grow organic or bio-dynamic wine since 2018 from grapes raised by some friends,

and from our own Cheman grapes since 2021.

No inputs are added during their aging, and they are neither filtered nor fined.

Our limestone hillside, chalk, tuffeau, oyster marl, is uncommon in the “Anjou” appellation,

it gives to our red wines the typicality of “Loire Valley” wines (Saumur, Touraine, Bourgueil),

so we mostly present them as "Vin de France".
