We grow organic or bio-dynamic wines.

No inputs are added during their aging, and they are neither filtered nor fined.

Our limestone hillside, chalk, tuffeau, oyster marl, is uncommon in the “Anjou” appellation,

it gives to our red wines the typicality of “Loire Valley” wines (Saumur, Touraine, Bourgueil),

so we mostly present them as "Vin de France".
